Carrot seeds love being sown direct, so chose and prepare your spot.  Ideally with full sun and light, fine, sandy, aerated soil.  Try not to over water or have any small rocks on stones in the soil to avoid ‘legs’.  A great crop to grow with the kids too!  Carrots can be eaten and prepared in so many ways, make sure you add a packet of these beauties to your cart, and get sowing all year round.
